PRIVACY
Hot Cases will not use, sell or disclose any information that we receive. All personal information is confidential. Any person who supplies us with a telephone number will only be contacted from us if requested or regarding orders.
If you place an order on our site we do keep your email address and may, from time to time, make special offers in which we think you may have an interest. We promise not to be annoying or to EVER give your address to anyone else. You can request to be removed from the list at any time.
SHIPPING
You will receive an email confirmation on your order. If you do not receive an email then your order did not get to us. Standard delivery is 7-10 days depending on your zip code.
Damages from shipping: Do not accept a package from the shipping carrier if it has obvious damage. If the contents are damaged. Let us know immediately by email about the problem. Keep all original packaging and contents for 7 days after notifying us.
Expedited shipping is available upon request. We must be notified prior to shipping by either phone or fax. International shipping and US Postal orders are subject to additional charges. This includes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please inquire if you have any questions.
REFUND POLICY
Before purchasing storage containers carefully review your order. All unused items may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less our shipping charges. All items must be returned in the original shipped packaging. Shipping is not refundable unless it was our error.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Please call or email us within 7 days for an authorization number. All products must be returned in the original shipped packaging and in the same manner as it was received. Include a copy of the invoice with the reason for the return. Our shipping charges are non-refundable, No exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are cancelable without fees if notification is received prior to shipping; otherwise standard return policy applies.
WARRANTY
We inspect all products prior to shipping. We warrant all Hot Cases products to be free from manufacturing defects. Any product with a defect will be replaced upon inspection. We do not warrant any product placed or stored in the Hot Cases containers. No die cast vehicles are included with any order.
